Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任職要求：（必須會用犀牛） 1、國內外知名大學建筑學專業全日制本科及以上學歷 ； 2、英語流利； 3、豐富的海外建筑設計實踐經驗，熟悉SU、PS、CAD、Rhino、Lumion等設計軟件的應用； 4、優秀的概念方案設計能力，熟悉項目概念方案設計 、方案設計、初步設計等各個階段的工作流程以及圖紙要求； 5、具有獨到的創作理念及創新意識和較強的專業知識，能夠高效高質完成分配工作； 6、熱愛設計，富有激情，具有獨立工作能力及團隊合作精神 ； 7、優秀的溝通表達能力，身體健康、能承受一定的工作壓力。 Job requirements: (Must be able to use rhinoceros) 1. Rich experience in overseas architectural design practice, familiar with the application of design software such as SU, PS, CAD, Rhino, Lumion, etc; 4. Excellent conceptual design ability, familiar with the workflow and drawing requirements of various stages of project conceptual design, scheme design, preliminary design, etc; 5. Having unique creative concepts, innovative consciousness, and strong professional knowledge, able to efficiently and high-quality complete assigned tasks; 6.
