1. 一份不錯的審美素養， 一份良好的溝通態度，一份快速的學習能力，一份持久的設計熱情（最看重）； 2. 建筑相關專業本科及以上學歷； 3. 在一線建筑事務所2年以上工作經驗，在至少兩個在施或已落成的大型綜合體、文化、公共類項目中承擔主要貢獻者角色（請在作品集中說明所任職務及工作內容）； 4. 將國際視野的審美水準和建筑規范密切結合，能夠以精準的方式表達設計創意； 5. 優秀的時間管理，團隊協作及溝通能力，適應快速的工作節奏； 6. 熟練使用常用設計軟件，如AutoCAD，Rhino和 Adobe CS等，了解Maya和Revit更佳； 7. 能夠在雙語（中英）環境工作的候選人優先。 1. More than 2 years of working experience in the first-line construction firm, and take the role of major contributor in at least two large-scale complex, cultural and public projects under construction or completed (please specify the position and work content in the works); 4. Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills, adapt to the fast pace of work; 6.
